The type SCCR-1 of making copper rod equipment is developed by my company,and the equipment produces directly the low-oxygen copper rod which is used for electric wire by the high grade of scrap copper.The process is high degree of automation, good operating environment and low energy consumption, lower emissions than the national control standards. The technology obtained national invention patent, Patent number:ZL200910300183.8 .

Equipment composition
The Conveyor feeder, Special shaft furnace,Blowing nitrogen set in front chamber, two tilting reduction furnace & one holding furnace, combustion system and the most advanced of CCR line (involve the press packing machine) for melting the copper scrape (> 96%) to produce Ø8-Ø20 copper rod. 8t/h type, 12t/h type, 16t/h type 20t/h type.
